1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using SignEdge.pro ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree, do not use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Description of Service

SignEdge.pro provides a cloud-based digital signage platform to create, manage, schedule, and display digital content across screens and displays. Features may include content creation/management, scheduling, remote display management, templates, media libraries, and analytics/reporting.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Account Creation

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your credentials
  • Update your information promptly
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your login. Notify security@signedge.pro immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use

4.1 You MAY use the Service to:

  • Create and display lawful digital signage content
  • Manage displays for your organization or authorized clients
  • Store and organize media assets
  • Collaborate with authorized team members

4.2 You MAY NOT:

  • Upload illegal or infringing content
  • Distribute malware or harmful code
  • Attempt unauthorized access
  • Use the Service for spam or unsolicited communications
  • Resell access without authorization
  • Interfere with other users or scrape/crawl the Service

4.3 Content Standards

Content must not include illegal material, IP infringement, defamation/harassment, inappropriate explicit content, deceptive or fraudulent material. We may remove violating content.

5. Your Content

Ownership: You retain full ownership of content you upload.

License: Limited license to store, process, and display content solely to operate the Service. License ends when you delete content/account.

Your Responsibility: Ensure rights to materials, obtain licenses, comply with laws, and ensure accuracy/legality of displayed content.

6. Payment Terms

  • Pricing: Posted on the site; may change with 30 days notice for existing subscribers.
  • Billing: Recurring, billed in advance; taxes extra unless stated.
  • Refunds: Monthly: no partial refunds. Annual: pro-rated within 30 days of renewal. Discretionary refunds possible for service issues.
  • Non-Payment: Email notice, 7-day grace, suspension thereafter, deletion after 30 days (with export option).

7. Service Availability

We target high availability (aim 99.5% uptime monthly, excluding maintenance) but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance may occur with notice when possible. Features may be modified or discontinued with reasonable notice.

8. Intellectual Property

Our Property: Design, features, code, and docs are protected. Do not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer.

Trademarks: SignEdge.pro marks cannot be used without permission.

Feedback: Suggestions may be used without compensation.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profits/data/use/goodwill, service interruption, unauthorized access, or third-party conduct. Our total liability is capped at the greater of amounts paid in the prior 12 months or $100.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify SignEdge.pro and affiliates against claims arising from your use, your content, or your violation of these Terms or third-party rights.

12. Termination

By You: Cancel anytime via account settings or support@signedge.pro.

By Us: We may suspend/terminate for breaches, failed payment, legal requirements, or service discontinuation. Data export available for 30 days (unless terminated for abuse). Deletion follows the Privacy Policy.

13. Dispute Resolution

Informal Resolution: Contact legal@signedge.pro; we aim to resolve within 30 days.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction: [Your Jurisdiction]. Courts of [Your Jurisdiction] have exclusive jurisdiction.

Class Action Waiver: Disputes resolved individually; no class actions/arbitrations.

14. General Provisions

  • Entire agreement: Terms + Privacy + Cookie Policy.
  • Severability: Unenforceable provisions do not affect the rest.
  • No waiver: Failure to enforce is not a waiver.
  • Assignment: You may not assign; we may assign without restriction.
  • Force Majeure: Not liable for events beyond reasonable control.

15. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms. Material changes will be notified via email or prominent notice. Continued use after changes is acceptance.
